MyDek were responsible for supplying their innovative balcony and terrace systems to every apartment.
MyDek were crucial to the development of the one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses in the heart of Manchester’s Castlefield conservation area. Set across two buildings, MyDek were challenged with supplying their robust balcony systems to enhance the living space of each occupant.
Brimming with clean, simplistic and high-quality interior features, the apartments required an outdoor space to reflect the bright and elegant finish. With a lakeside location and guaranteed balcony privacy, MyDek faced the task of creating an outdoor living area to be proud of, one that encourages residents to make the most of their space.
Not only do MyDek supply visually stunning balconies, but they stand out within their market due to the robust technical specifications they work with. Their non-combustible decking provides a stunning finish, evidenced with the powder coated finish on the penthouse terrace, creating an effective stone surface as part of their premium option.
Not only did our photographers strive to capture these unique, opulent finishes, but our videographers also worked hard to create a well-rounded case study bundle. The virtual tour of the development, complete with establishing shots and product close-ups, truly takes the viewer on a journey to witness the care and detail provided by MyDek. With the help of senior site manager, Chris Law, we were also able to capture a video testimonial, adding even more interest, credibility and prestige to MyDek’s new content.
