We paid a visit to the Glasgow branch to capture the stunning flooring installed by Havwoods.
This is the first Bar and Block restaurant to open in Scotland, so we were thrilled when we receive the opportunity to photograph it as part of a case study for Havwoods. The rustic décor lends itself to a warm and inviting environment, and Bar and Block wanted an exquisite floor to match. With the help of leading flooring suppliers, the restaurant worked with Havwoods to create something stylish and unique.
Havwoods supplied their classic Quadro and Arena 1-strip wood flooring to be used across the dining area. The golden hues of the boards provide a warmth that contrasts with the industrial metal and the exposed lighting, creating a cosier environment. Yet the boards remain understated, adding a raw and authentic feel to the interior design.
