Undergoing a recent refurbishment, 155 Bishopsgate has once again become an award-winning space within the city.
With an award-winning reputation to uphold and an eye for style, the refurbishment of 155 Bishopsgate faced time constraints; this elegantly styled building required a CAT A fit-out without being off the market for too long.
The transformation needed to be done in the ‘shortest possible time’, yet quality standards needed to remain as high as possible. This is where Dolphin Solutions came in. Dolphin collaborated with Fletcher Priest Architects and their client, British Land to remodel the building’s hygiene systems.
The Dolphin DS102 WRAS-approved touch-free taps and infrared soap dispensers were installed in each bathroom, ensuring maximum cleanliness with zero cross-contamination. Dolphin wanted us to showcase their work, not only to emphasise their attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness, but to uncover their work with sustainability.
The stunning images captured by our team have been used across Dolphin’s website and social media, promoting their low-flow rate and automatic flush products which help towards conserving water and promoting sustainability. Attention must also be given to the clean, modern style of their products, the bold black details marrying perfectly with the decadence of the hallways and lobby, as shown in the images.
